Our team of doctors from each branch of science Dermatology, Ayurveda and Nutrition work together on formulating the best hair loss treatment.
Role Description
● Conduct orientation of new employees.
● Lead with design and development of training programs.
● To Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
● Conduct evaluation with their process understanding.
● Conduct final certification before handing over the agent for production.
● Monitor Agents on the floor and suggest training as and when needed.
● Conduct Refresher Training
● Constantly Improving the training content and keeping it updated.
● Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organisation's goals
● Proactive approach dealing with potential bottlenecks and issues impacting the Quality of Training
● Track employee success and progress after Training is delivered.
● Conduct mentoring, self-learning, and other methods of learning as appropriate.
● Train Employees on Soft-skill Training.
● Budget; creating and updating the Training Calendar; tracking training attendance.
● capturing feedback on training programs as well as conferences and workshops attended.
Qualifications
● Bachelor degree
● Minimum of 3/4 years of relevant experience
● strong communication skill
● Crisis management
● Skilled in working on MS Office
● Ability to understand dynamics of Customer Support and aptitude to learn software requirements related to the industry
● Confidence and consistent track record of communicating both orally and in writing. Ability to work independently and take ownership Highly organized with phenomenal attention to detail.
