Telecom Sector Skill Council, a non-profit industry-driven body set up under the aegis of the NSDC would strive to create a viable ecosystem by implementing an 'integrated approach' by prioritizing initiatives that can have a catalytic effect to develop a competency-based framework of world-class excellence for skill development and quality assurance of personnel in the telecom sector narrow the existing gap between demand and supply of skills by increased collaboration between the three primary stakeholders i.e. HR, industry, and academia-skill and certify 45 lacs personnel in 150 trades, train 24,000 trainers, accredit 500 training organizations and cover the whole country progressively over a period of 10 years by signing MOUs with around 200 industries

1. Business Development and Sales Intern / Executive

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility: 

· Increasing the base of industry and academic affiliations

· Developing quotes and proposals for RFP /EOI. Submission of proposals

· CSR projects execution

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to find new opportunities

· Developing more and more industrial connect training and skill development.

· Increasing the value of current business while attracting new ones

· Developing the Centre of excellence for quality training

· Build and grow relationships with Training Partners, and Industry partners and follow up for new projects

· Be effective of outcomes while balancing efficiency goals and revenue targets.

· To prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports vis-a-vis annual operating plan

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

· Experience of sales and business development

· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), analytical & problem-solving skills

· MS Office and AI Tools proficiency

2. Accounts and Operations Executive/Intern

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assisting and supporting the finance department with tally, GST, Income tax and related work.
• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
• Help with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management
• Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.

Skills Required:

• Advance Excel and Tally knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Bcom or similar field.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Marketing Intern

Responsibilities and duties:

• Taking care of social media postings as per the calendar
• Translate marketing strategies into creative narrations and generate traction
• Develop long-form content including weekly newsletters, success stories, etc for a large range of audience.
• Brainstorm on content ideas with marketing team
• Conducting research on industry related topics to be added in reports and documents and to extract relevant information and write content for the presentation.
• Conducting research for marketing activities. (Social Media, Events etc.)
• Writing content for reports, project proposals, activity reports, pitch decks, presentations, email campaigns, website, social media etc.
• Editing and proofreading content to improve viewers readability.
• Generating Interesting headlines to attract readers.
• Completing projects within designated deadlines.

Qualifications :

• Interest and skills in Content Writing & Strong Communication Skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Demonstrated writing skills, with a focus on clear, concise communications to target audience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools
• Any Graduate
