Job description

AP & Partners is looking for an associate with around 2-4 years of post-qualification experience for our corporate practice.Â

As a corporate lawyer with the firm, you will act on a wide range of transactions including inbound and outbound M&A transactions. The work profile would also include advising tech businesses and their promoters on fund raising and exit transactions, and regulatory advisory.Â

Ideal candidates will have:

• a law degree from a leading Indian law school (an LLM from an international law school would be a plus),
• 2 - 4 years of post-qualification experience,
• experience of handling private equity and M&A transactions and due diligences with limited supervision, and
• prior work experience with corporate practice of a leading firm.
