About Us:
Zeliot is a new-age deep tech company founded in 2018 with the vision of offering IoT platform-based solutions to enterprises and Automotive OEMs. Since 2018, Zeliot has successfully developed the platform and has hosted more than 100,000 devices. The current platform is used by the likes of Royal Enfield, Ashok Leyland, Indian Oil Corporation, Here Maps, and many other marquee customers. Zeliot is striving hard to create an ecosystem for the partners by allowing more control over what they would want to sell in turn to their customers. This can be achieved by developing modules on the fundamental level of the software platform, if we could reimagine how the platform modules like data processing pipelines, Telematics Hub, and Microservices are monetized, then the partners will eventually have more control over how and what they want to sell to their customers, who could be either large enterprises or Auto OEMs. As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for managing our cloud system architecture and models to ensure that it is functioning properly at all times. This may include creating a cloud computing strategy, evaluating and assessing cloud software, and systems to ensure they are functioning properly, and more. A potential candidate should be data-minded, be able to research the latest cloud technologies available for cloud architecture and computing, and should have previous experience in the cloud architecture field. A candidate who has a positive attitude and delivers high-quality work will be preferred. Location: Chennai Responsibilities: Create roadmaps based on the cloud’s capacity, efficiency and ecosystem security Create diagrams, domain models, and other types of software artefacts to decode a particular problem Collaborate with software programmers and engineers System design and architecture for specific use cases Enhancement of existing platform architecture for performance and availability Lead and manage a cross-functioning technology team Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner Requirements Experience in computer scripting languages like Python, JS, Ruby etc Excellent knowledge in current computing trends and technologies Ability to design and implement cloud infrastructure, platforms, and applications Proficiency in Kubernetes concepts and networking. Experience in strategy and deployment of systems into Cloud environments Expertise in operating systems: Linux, Unix-based systems. Proficiency in networking: TCP/IP, MQTT, IP addresses, DNS etc. Understanding and working experience with cloud-native technologies. Requires 5+ years of experience designing server solutions Ability to automate tasks by scripting Knowledge of networks and networking best practices Good communication and documentation skills Exceptional leadership and people skills Education And Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's Engineering degree in Computer Science.
