Business Development Executive - Night Shift

Job description

Responsibilities
● Partner with the Senior Leadership to strategize, execute, and oversee marketing
initiatives that facilitate lead generation and conversion at a rate that supports
corporate growth goals.
● Use research and marketing tools to identify target regions, build databases of
prospective customers, and grow new business leads.
● Generate new prospects with cold calling, email campaigns, networking etc.
● Nurture leads, build rapport, and set up meetings with the decision makers of
prospective clients
● Assess prospects' needs and goals, understand their purpose, and respond
appropriately
● Identify and participate in relevant networking events, seminars, trade shows and
conferences
● Deliver persuasive, passionate, high impact, quality presentations to senior
decision makers.
● Market Research
● Assist in preparing Marketing collaterals
● Branding Activities
Skills/ Experience required:
● Any UG, Education in IT/computer science is preferred, but not a must
● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical
audiences at the C level
● Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills: Ability to create
effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate internally and externally
at all organizational levels.
● Entrepreneurial attitude: Knack for seizing the moment, prioritizing, and acting on
opportunities in a timely manner. Ability to work through ambiguous situations
with can-do attitude and proactively determine creative solutions.
