Job description
 We are currently looking for a well-organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our high-end stationary clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage client communication via email and phone, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process client orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain appropriate stock of premium stationary items.
- Generate invoices and handle basic account payable and receivable tasks
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations and managing travel arrangements.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to find solutions independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
