Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Noida. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and resolving employee relations issues. The Human Resources Generalist will also be responsible for supporting HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs.

• Experience in Human Resources Management
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulations
• Experience in employee benefits and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in resolving employee relations issues
• Experience in supporting diversity and inclusion programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
