Hybrid Working

Introduction The BX Portfolio Business Manager is responsible for providing strategic insight and support across the full breadth of the BX HRD's portfolio in the execution of their responsibilities and key strategic priorities.
What will you be doing - Production of HRD deliverables including COO/BX ExCo, HR ExCo and board papers, delivered to a high standard of accuracy and precision as well as appropriate positioning for the audience.
- Production and management of key data and insight to support executive papers and key projects e.g. MD Bridge, talent reviews, Your View.
- Collaboration with other HR TCs on deliverables e.g. Talent, DEI.
- Partner with the wider BX HR Business Management team to drive globally consistent output and a joined up business management offering across BX.
- Ownership of regular BX HRBP reporting including cost board, RemCo, Control Environment Risk Profile Assessment (CERPA), QBRs and ExCo/Board reports and narrative.
- Manage key relationships and work collaboratively in partnership with BX HR Leadership Team, HR Business Manager Teams and the HR Finance Team.
- Provide support on cross BX projects, as well provide as ad hoc support as required.
- Ensure BX HR is managed effectively from a cost, risk and control, and service management perspective.
- Coordination of other HRBP team deliverables e.g. Quarterly Business Review (QBR), records management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation, high quality papers providing clear updates

- Commercial acumen and ability to identify efficiency opportunities, challenging the status quo
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring consistent delivery to a high standard
- Strong problem-solving skills. Able to identify and collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders and gather, review, and interpret complex data in order to identify a proposed solution; and at pace
- Strategic mind-set – naturally inquisitive, connects the dots and thinks function and enterprise-wide
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

- Proven ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders globally

- Experience in managing/coordinating communications across a wide range of stakeholders globally
