Role : FP&A Manager
Location : Bangalore
Qualification : CA with minimum 6-9 years of exp in FP&A.
We are looking for a FP&A Manager to perform complex analyses to support and measure enterprise results and effectively manages the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Would work with independence, interact regularly with business and corporate management to consolidate, and analyze quarterly forecasts and plans, monthly financial results and key financial indicators. Performs competitive analyses, researches industry trends, and develops recommendations for management. Prepares written and graphical financial information to support executive communications to internal stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In depth knowledge of Wipro system and to work on HPCM and SAP for preparing and reporting PNL/ SOW GM.
- Analyzing various revenue and other parameters to for providing inputs in MIS.
- Working collaboratively with GBL/SMU’s Stakeholders to ensure timely forecast of unit PNL.
- All MIS’s are reported to respective stakeholders on a timely manner on Business performance.
- Ensure all the audit (Statutory, Internal, Risk, SOX etc.) are closed without any observations.
- Automating manual and repetitive tasks within the team to eliminate labor work and improve Quality of work and improve on timelines working with IT team.
- Analyzing various parameter like Revenue, various bucket of cost, SG&A at both unit level and company level.
- Working with all stakeholder across company be it SMU/ GBL/ support function/ entities for forecast roll up and regular various analysis.
- In depth understanding of ZCOP and PPC to get the company and unit wise people cost.
- Work on rebaselining and system re-org as and when needed.
- On going analysis on loadings and recovery at a company level.

Preferably CA with minimum 6-9 years of exp in FP&A
