Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role also includes managing HR policies and procedures, handling employee grievances, and ensuring the company's HR goals are met.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in an outsourcing company
• Experience and knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively manage and lead a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy development
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification is a plus
