Job description Role: Interior Designer
Roles and Responsibilities: ● To lead and own quality & accuracy of timely design deliverables ● To own Customer Experience during a project Desired Profile: ● Minimum Experience 2 - 7 yrs as an Interior Designer, with specific experience of working on modular design, esp kitchens ● Minimum - 2 year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputed Institution. ● Excellent Knowledge in Google SketchUp software in the interior industry ( AutoCAD etc) ● Good communication and presentation skills are mandatory ● Must have done 7 - 10 Design Project from Design and Build side ● Must be customer-centric in providing solutions - proposed designs should be highly functional and great on aesthetics, still keeping in mind the customerʼs budget. ● Exposure to residential projects is mandatory. ● Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas /designs / pricing. Communication in English mandatory and the local language is also desirable. ● Holds design expertise in : ● Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) ● Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation) ● Preparing BOQs as per design ● Holds behavioural attributes of : ● Result oriented ● Team work ● Holds a high degree of: ● Willingness to learn Perks & Benefit : 4 -7 LPA - Variable will be no CAP according to performance.Job tags
