Role Description Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positive client experience Serve as main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers and ensure a fair deal for all parties Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale/lease, and offer advice to interested buyers Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) prior to sale of commercial property Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends We are also looking for Assistant Manager & Manager Qualifications Customer service and sales skills Experience in insurance sales, preferably in the real estate industry Ability to manage accounts and build client relationships Proven experience in business planning and meeting sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plusJob tags
