Job description
Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner. Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally. Calling the customer data base and generating the leads. Reach out to potential clients and introduce company's products and services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for generating leads and achieving sales.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum 10th or 12th - grade education completion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated and proven ability to work independently.
Both male and female candidates can apply.
Freshers preferred.
Working time 9 to 6 or 9.30 to 6.30.
Preferring candidates from Ernakulam location.
Incentives based on performance in addition to basic pay.
