Job description
ASCENT is looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager with the ability to build our dynamic community of leaders and constantly enhance the value provided to the cohort. The role entails you to be the face and voice of the brand for the internal stakeholders and the candidate is expected to be a people person with exceptional skills to moderate conversations with the community.
Responsibilities Build and expand a holistic learning ecosystem for the ASCENT Community of Entrepreneurs Understand the founding principle of peer-learning among entrepreneurs and work towards strengthening the value proposition of the cohort Enable peer-learning through the continuous formation and initiation of Trust Groups with diverse set of entrepreneurs Analyse the performance of each Trust Group through the annual survey and plan regular interventions to ensure continuous learning and value creation. Organise relevant training programmes to Members and Trust Groups to optimise and strengthen the peer learning among members Manage the community and membership of entrepreneurs through the community management tool Analyse relevant community metrics including participation, repeat audience, etc and customise communication to different target audience among the cohort. Identify the need and design internal programmes, workshops and knowledge sessions and institutionalise them with an objective to build a holistic learning platform. Enable cross Trust Group information flow including ideas, best practices and member connections Actively engage with members across chapters and work towards reducing disengagement Qualifications BMS/BMM (any field) with an interest in entrepreneurship Postgraduate (any field) from a reputed college (Preferred) Proven experience in community Management and Community Initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of the Entrepreneur ecosystem and the benefits of peer learning among leaders Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members and partners Familiarity with community-building tools Creative and strategic thinking to develop engaging community initiativesJob tags
