Role: Mechanical draughtsman / Product/Machine Design Engineer
Department: Design and new product development

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop product/machines and mechanical systems according to project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Creating plans and designs using AutoCAD technology, Solid Works.
• Conducting research and testing to check the feasibility and viability of the design ideas
• Collaborating with other areas of the organization, such as manufacturing and quality control
• Reviewing and providing feedback on the designs of other engineers
• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
• Layout, draw, and reproduce illustrations for reference manuals and technical publications to describe operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
• Compute dimensions of materials and purchase accordingly.
• Draft technical details.
• Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
• Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of prototypes to validate design performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance during the manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Perform risk assessments and implement preventive measures to ensure the safety and reliability of product / machines and mechanical systems.
• Able to make 3d concept and animation for better understanding.
• Mechanical Component Selection using Right Engineering Calculations
• Capability to build complete product / machine after concept finalized.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in machine building technologies, and emerging design methodologies.
• Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Product / Machine Design
• Must have experience in designing industrial products / machines and do mechanical calculations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, machine components, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to machine design and safety.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
