Job description
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the coffee or beverage industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Knowledge of sales management software and tools, such as CRM systems and sales forecasting tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
