You will prepare HR documents; transfer letters, confirmation of employment, and letters of promotion
You will issue offer letters on behalf of Talent Acquisition team and process new hire paperwork, including background checks
You will maintain employee files, both electronic and physical
You will maintain employee information in HRIS (Oracle - EBS database), ensuring all changes are captured immediately
You will Onboard/ Offboard employees through in HRIS
You will partner with Payroll regarding new hires and employee changes
You will assist Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams with organizing new hire orientation sessions and managing new hire details
You will manage and update employee tracker (Excel): employee movement, including work permit expiry dates, maternity/parental leaves, and long/short term disability leaves
You will compile monthly exit interview data and create quarterly turnover presentations (PowerPoint)

You have the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to produce innovative solutions
You must have excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
You have the ability to work with a sense of urgency within a fast paced and demanding work environment
You are highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail
You have experience with Oracle HRIS (EBS)
You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have 2-3 years experience working within an Human Resources group or as an admin assistant
Should have knowledge and experience in initiating & reviewing background screening reports.
