We are seeking a highly motivated Telecalling & Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic individual with a passion for customer service and event management. As a Telecalling & Event Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Conducting telecalling activities to schedule meetings with clients and prospects demonstrating excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.
- Cultivating relationships with existing clients while exploring opportunities to expand into new markets.
- Maintaining developing and growing our customer base by providing outstanding service and following up on new project opportunities.
- Handling sales inquiries and service requests from prospective clients ensuring that defined targets are met.
- Keeping a detailed database of customers updated regularly to facilitate effective communication and followups.
- Negotiating event contracts with clients and finalizing arrangements to ensure successful outcomes.
- Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management highlighting key insights and opportunities.
- Staying informed about new projects and industry trends to better serve our clients and anticipate their needs.
- Managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Previous experience in telecalling sales or event coordination preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
- A positive attitude proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
