Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in sourcing various types of visas including OPT, H1, GC, and USC. The role requires proficiency in candidate screening methodologies, adeptness in retaining candidates throughout the marketing process, and a knack for strong documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit IT professionals in compliance with company requirements and industry standards.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of visa types (OPT, H1, GC, USC) to effectively manage candidate documentation and processes.
• Develop and employ effective screening tactics to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment and marketing phases.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement retention strategies for prospective candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 6 months to 1 year of demonstrated experience in US IT recruitment.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to work from the office.
• Positive, proactive, and innovative mindset with a penchant for out-of-the-box problem-solving.
• Professional demeanor and enthusiasm towards fulfilling roles and responsibilities.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Familiarity with diverse sourcing methods and platforms.
• Strong understanding of compliance and legal aspects in US IT recruitment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
