Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton located in Varanasi, India. The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the reservations department. This includes managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, training reservation staff, and communicating with other departments within the hotel.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
