Technical Expertise
● GA and GTM Implementation:
â—‹ Serve as an expert in the technical implementation of Google Analytics using Google Tag Management (GTM) for different advertising campaigns.
â—‹ Oversee advanced GA and GTM integration projects for websites and apps, including data layer implementation, custom events, SDK implementation, and Enhanced Ecommerce.
● KPI Conceptualization:
â—‹ Conceptualize and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure, track, and benchmark performance across various aspects of the business.

● Advanced Tracking Strategy:
â—‹ Identify gaps in the current tracking strategy and enhance them by leveraging features like event serialization, classifications, customer attributes, data sources, user funnels, and insertion APIs.
● Digital Analytics Reporting & Insights:
â—‹ Take charge of Digital Analytics Reporting and Insights, translating customer behavior into actionable business data.
â—‹ Examine customer interactions with digital footprints using various Digital Marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
● Deep Analysis and Actionable Insights:

â—‹ Run regular in-depth analyses on Google Analytics data, identifying actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
â—‹ Utilize A/B testing tools to assess and improve campaign performance.
● Heat Map Implementation and Conversion Rate Optimization:
â—‹ Implement Heat Map tools and A/B testing tools to enhance website usability and improve conversion rates.
● Statistical Analysis.
â—‹ Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
● Structured and Unstructured Data:
â—‹ Demonstrate the ability to work with both structured and unstructured data, deriving meaningful insights to inform business strategies.
● Continuous Improvement and Automation:

â—‹ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of tasks, using Advanced Excel, including Macros/R/SQL where relevant.
● Cross-functional Collaboration:
â—‹ Collaborate with engineering teams to implement requirements, validate, and debug tracking post-implementation.
● Data Visualization Tools
â—‹ Proficient in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power Bi, or similar, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into visually compelling presentations.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing) or equivalent work experience.
● 2-3 years of proven experience in a web analytics role within the digital marketing space.
● Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and other web analytics tools.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Experience in dashboarding tools such as Google Data Studio & PowerBI.
● Excellent coordination and communication skills, especially in spoken English.
● Strong documentation skills for client communications.
● Experience in technical implementation of GA, including data layer, custom events, SDK, and Enhanced Ecommerce.
● Familiarity with A/B testing tools, Heat Map implementation, such as VWO for conversion rate optimization.
● Preferred knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and R for data manipulation and analysis.
● Ability to work with structured and unstructured data and derive meaningful insights.
● Experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automating tasks using Advanced Excel, including Macros/R/SQL and App Scripts.
● Proven ability to prioritize multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy.
● Hands on experience with CRM Analytics tools, their implementation and integration with various Analytics platforms including GA4, Mixpanel etc.
