QA Analyst

Responsibilities :
- Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Understand & end to end execution of eCom Projects Testing
- UI/UX Improvement & testing
- Execute all levels of UATs & work on test cases
- Complete understanding of eCom Operations
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and other tools
- Knowledge of eCom Frameworks like Magento, AEM, Hybris, Shopify
- Provide support and documentation
- Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and complete with high quality
- Understand and correctly use client ecommerce Platform to support business stakeholders
- Strong business communication skills ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
- Basics in MS Excel
- Very good analytical skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the customer success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Experience 4 – 6 Years

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Technical responsibility for planning, monitoring and controlling eCom Operations
- Proficient in tools usage (Confluence, JIRA, MPP, excel & PPT)
- Experience Product Management/Product Development is good to have
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- End to end process management experience.
