Job Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will take on a leadership role in the sales department, overseeing various aspects of the sales process, including team management and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will be critical to ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and support the sales team in their daily activities.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their sales skills.
    • Foster a motivated and cohesive team environment.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Interact with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and proactively.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Lead Management:
    • Oversee the management of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of leads and their progress.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate and analyse sales reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi, with additional regional language skills being a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Result-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales objectives.
