Urban Company is hiring for the position of Trainer for the Cleaning Category at Bangalore
The Trainer would be responsible for the training of professionals for home cleaning services in the city. He/She would be responsible for leading all the training initiatives, developing and reiterating training content, and imparting behavior and communication training to ensure a delightful customer experience (NPS) for all Cleaning services Designation: Trainer, Cleaning Category (India) Salary: 7 LPA Preferred background: - 3-5+ years of experience in top tier Hotels, Facility Management, Startups. - Strong Leadership and Communication skills - Experience with managing teams of trainers/professionals in hotels, and facilities.
