Overview:
The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client relationships for the organization. They are responsible for understanding client needs providing solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. The role is essential in driving revenue growth and maintaining a positive brand image for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss updates and new opportunities
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
- Prepare and present reports on client performance
- Resolve client issues and escalate as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of financial principles and practices
