Job Description :- Experience of change management- Deep experience in both design and delivery- Proven experience operating both strategically and tactically with both C-Suite and operational staff- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others- Has an interest in emerging technologies and how they apply to digital transformation and disruption across different industries (e.g., Streaming, blockchain, AI/ML, Robotics, and cloud)Qualifications :- Certified in Project Management (e.g., Prince, PMBOK, PMI, MSP)- Certifications in Agile (e.g., SCM, SAFE Program Consultant, Architect)- Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)Responsibilities :- 5+ years' experience in managing and successfully delivering significant digital transformation projects (USD$1 million or larger) within retail banking.- Experience of operating model, enterprise architecture, and/or process transformation- Deep experience in delivery within program and project management and/or Agile at scale environments including risk and vendor management.- Experience with CRM, core banking products (loans secure and unsecured-Temenos, branch teller) and ERPEmployment Type : ContractComments :Location - ManilaDay shift/Midshift/evening shift - Regular working hoursTimeline- Min 06 months and extendable (ref:hirist.tech)
