Role Purpose: At CLIRNET, we’re looking for a talented Client Service Head with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers to bring more business. The Client Services Head will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our business, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, developing customer service policies, training junior client services executives, and recommending different product options to clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Developing effective communication platforms for clients. 2. Inspiring repeat business from clients. 3. Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction. 4. Conducting customer service workshops and presentations. 5. Liaising with different departments about client queries. 6. Offering advice to clients on services and products. 7. Developing surveys and capturing client information. 8. Participating in marketing campaigns. 9. Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.Job tags
