Studbroad Overseas Education is a student advisory firm located in Kochi. We assist our students in finding universities and courses that match their interests, prepare them linguistically and emotionally for studies abroad, and take care of their post-arrival needs such as accommodation and job searching. Our committed team regularly conducts different interview training sessions and offers IELTS training classes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Advisor. The Student Advisor will be responsible for advising students on education options abroad, providing student counseling services, maintaining communication with students and universities abroad, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks. The Student Advisor will work from our location in Kochi.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service Skills
• Student Counseling and Communication Skills
• Education or related degree is preferred
• Experience in study abroad counseling is a plus
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong research and analytical skills
