Job description
The On-Field Marketers are responsible for the marketing of the products to end customers. This includes product promotion, sales, and customer service.
Responsibilities - Actively promote company products and services to potential customers in a retail environment.
- Sell company products to customers in a retail environment with a focus on achieving personal and store sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about company products and services
- Drive the sales process with the customer, from discovery to close
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers in target accounts, such as managers and owners of the Organization or upcoming businesses
- Regularly visit offices to increase customer awareness of the product, establish rapport with staff, and identify potential new customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity
- Keep the manager or owner informed of new products, services, and promotional offers.
- Regularly report on sales activity to the management team.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and queries in a timely manner
- Work with Marketing to develop advertising campaigns that promote new products or services.
Requirements - Any Graduate with relevant skills and experience can apply.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an On Field Marketer.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Should have sound knowledge of the IT spectrum.
- Should have a vehicle and Driving license.
Location: Gurgaon.
