Role Purpose
Role AccountabilityResponsible for overall underwriting process, design SLAs, TATs and error rate etc to be kept within the agreed benchmark.
Possess good knowledge of KYC and underwriting process.
Prepare operational reports for management analysis
Internal Audit Management.
Design and innovate existing process within the department in such a way that can reduce the duplicacy and can increase the automation of the underwrting process.
Ensure error free decisioning & adherence to operational & regulatory frameworks
Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates â€' Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
Guiding & training the team on new process and integrations to increase efficiency and output
Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with our Stakeholders & Subordinates.
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role)TAT based decisioning.
Minimum 98% accuracy of the overall team.
Ensure all queries are reverted within specified TAT.
Attrition to be less than 10% , growth path of team members to be defined.
To maintain minimum of 100%+ productivity of the team.
