Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team in Nagercoil. The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, policy administration, employee relations, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
Conduct training needs analyses and develop training programs to address skill gaps
Administer performance reviews, support managers on performance issues, and oversee the promotion process
Assist with employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions
Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory regulations
Process payroll, leave, and claims administration
Act as an employee advocate and maintain confidentiality
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee engagement
Perform other ad-hoc HR functions and duties as assigned
Requirement:
Proven experience in HR management with a focus on learning and development, benefits administration, grievances, and performance management.
Strong understanding of statutory compliances and employment laws.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
