Reconciliation of inventory sub-ledger to the general ledger, analyze and provide inventory flux commentary
Analyze manufacturing work order variances, absorption variances, and PPV variances.
Run the monthly reports as it pertains to Fixed Assets and Cost Accounting
Prepare relevant schedules for Quarterly and Annual Audits
Participate in User Testing for any new functionality in Oracle
Other Duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
A Cost Accounting Degree (ICWA)
3-5 years of relevant cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in Oracle Fusion (preferred) or similar ERP system
Team player, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and deadlines and work in a dynamically changing environment
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across departments and all levels of the organization (not afraid to ask questions and challenge the business).
Knowledge of business and accounting methods in a manufacturing environment with diverse transactional processes.
Knowledge of cost accounting methods and procedures
