Role: Business Analyst
Exp: 2-5
Work mode: WFO
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities :
· Partner with stakeholders/customers to develop the requirement analyses in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with Customers, production, managerial, and executive teams.
· Responsible for defining and documenting business cases, user stories and business requirements for digital projects[Specialized in web/mobile applications]
· Ensure all the documents are managed, updated& tracked in the site repository
· Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
· Performing Market research & competitor analysis to add values to the customer requirements
· Hands on experience with BRD/FRD -Ensure all requirement updates are tracked using RTM
· Ensure Wireframes and process flow are defined for the project which is interacted with customer to get a deeper insight on the project [Promote best practices, tools, and processes for project execution]
· Liaise with design/Dev team with required documents [BRD/ Wireframe] to ensure the design/dev team understand the requirements clearly & ensure the wireframes are converted in to mocks screen
· Review the design Mock internally liaising with PM, Dev team & ensure the process flow & UX/UI are defined to the best
· Adhere to the agile methodology, specifically in relation to Requirements - Definition using JIRA and Confluence
· Break-down high-level requirements and create abacklog of stories to deliver incrementally and iteratively [The Requirementsare added in the JIRA with proper mapping].
· Manage tasks in JIRA/Azure DevOps Board
· Manage the Agile Dashboard & reports
· Participate in daily scrum meeting ensure tasks are planned prioritized in the backlog - Perform the Sprint plan liaising with Dev team, PM - Ensure deliverables are planned &delivered as per the sprint
· Ability to bridge the gap between testing anddev team - Solve any issues that gets raised during the QA process
· Present demos of working solutions tostakeholders - Get feedbacks & ensure drastic changes are documented aschange request & intimated to the client
· Ability to perform UAT with internal team aswell as stakeholders
· Preparing the training materials [Userguide, User videos] and other documentation.
· Identify solution gaps and analyze software defects. Communicate the same in an effective and efficient manner to product owners/business team
