Jaiban Organics India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organic products company in India, committed to providing high-quality, natural products to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Lead Generation Telecaller. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and generating leads for our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and a passion for promoting organic products, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our organic products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Collect and record customer information, feedback, and inquiries to maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide them with the necessary information to follow up.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing and prioritizing assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or telemarketing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and applications, including CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of organic products or the willingness to learn about them.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Gender Preference: #female candidate
Salary: 20 to 25k with performance-based incentive.
Location: Pune
Training will be provided, and further information will be provided after the Interview process.
