Job description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SaaS L3 Support Technical Interviewer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating the technical abilities of candidates applying for L3 Support positions within our SaaS (Software as a Service) organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assess candidates effectively. Responsibilities: Conduct technical interviews for candidates applying for L3 Support roles within our SaaS organization. Evaluate candidates' proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to our SaaS platform, including but not limited to software configuration, integration, and data management. Assess candidates' knowledge of relevant technologies, such as cloud computing, web services, APIs, databases, and scripting languages commonly used in SaaS environments. Test candidates' problem-solving skills by presenting them with real-world scenarios and evaluating their approach to diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. Provide constructive feedback to candidates based on their performance during the interview process, highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement. Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to identify key technical competencies required for L3 Support positions within our SaaS organization. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SaaS support to ensure the effectiveness of the interview process. Assist in the development and refinement of interview questions and evaluation criteria to maintain the quality and consistency of the interview process. Participate in panel interviews and debrief sessions to discuss candidates' qualifications and suitability for L3 Support roles within our SaaS organization. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment and selection process by providing insights and recommendations for enhancing candidate assessment methodologies tailored to the unique needs of a SaaS environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience working in SaaS support roles or similar technical positions, with a deep understanding of SaaS platforms and their underlying technologies. Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud-based services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates' technical competencies, particularly in the context of SaaS environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with common interview techniques and best practices in talent assessment, with a focus on assessing candidates for SaaS support roles. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and recruitment strategies within a SaaS organization. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity throughout the interview process.
