Muthoot Finance Ltd is looking for Civil Supervisor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experiance required.
• Basic knowledge on structural building, civil auto CADD must.

Qualification: B.tech - civil engineering

• Planning, organizing, and directing the work of construction crews on the job site

• Ensuring that construction projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards
• Reviewing blueprints and construction plans to identify potential problems and suggest improvements
• Monitoring construction progress, inspecting work in progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and labor to the job site
• Managing and training construction crews, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Resolving disputes, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and making decisions that impact the success of the project
• Preparing reports, tracking budgets and schedules, and maintaining project documentation
