What's exciting about the role
We are looking for Senior Technical Project Manager who will drive the development and implementation of innovative banking products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading development teams
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they are feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Drive product development processes, including roadmaps, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Making Proof of Concepts of our products in customers
- Implementing customer demo requirements in the Pre-Sales and Sales phases.
- Implementing product preview features, customizations, and showcases in our product roadmap
- Participating in R&D activities and experimenting with bleeding edge private and public preview technologies and early adoption of those in our products
- Develop and execute a product innovation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch new banking products.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact banking products.
Skills and Experience we desire
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in product management or product innovation within the banking industry
- In-depth knowledge of Banking payment products, services, and regulations
- Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of technology trends, digital transformation, and customer-centric product development
- Relevant certifications in product management or innovation are highly desirable
- Experience working in an IT company with a focus on banking products is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, ensuring timely delivery of products
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and sales
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies
- Innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve products and processes
- Leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Android experience is a plus
