Job description

About the role:

The candidate will be responsible for managing operations and delivery of Mettl’s assessments solutions in CBT (center-based test) mode for respective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify & manage CBT partners: Identify new and manage existing CBT vendors/partners to work with. Work with them to administer exams as per the agreement with client. •Setup best practices- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of assessments. •Manage delivery- o Oversee the scheduling and logistics, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and facilities. o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources for assessment delivery. o Train and mentor assessment delivery staff to ensure adherence to standardized procedures and protocols. o Monitor and track the progress of assessment delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. o Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the assessment delivery process. • Client management- o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding assessment delivery operations. o Interact with clients to gather requirements and plan for delivery. o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the assessment delivery process. • Cost optimization- Track and optimize costs wherever applicable.

Minimum Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 5-7 years of experience in managing and delivering online assessments, preferably within a center-based delivery model. • CCNA certified or candidates with knowledge of router/switch configuration or dynamin and static IP configuration will be preferred. • Strong understanding of assessment methodologies, technologies, and best practices. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. • Familiarity with assessment delivery platforms and proctoring technologies is highly desirable. • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
