Shanti FouMach Private Limited is a TS 16949 company located in Belgaum that specializes in manufacturing of 'Ready to Assemble and sub-assembled 'Grey Iron and Ductile Iron casting with machining. Presently catering to OEM's mainly in Diesel engine, tractor and compressor industry. Our product mainly includes oil sump, gear casing, crankcase, transmission case, Hub, flywheel housing and gear case. We have a single location integrated foundry with CNC machine shop. Our mission is to be among the most preferred suppliers to our customers by adding higher value in the supply chain, optimizing total cost of ownership, and continuously upgrading our facility to deliver world-class products. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Belgaum for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for operational HR tasks, including recruiting, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR information management. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures
• Experience in employee engagement, retention, and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• HR certification (such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is preferred
