Position Overview:
The Head of Ops will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, building and leading high-performance teams, establishing external partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate chaos, create structure, and lead the company through hyper-growth.

Strategic Planning:
- Ability to analyze and translate the big picture into quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals.

Remote and On-site Collaboration:
- Experience in running multi-location teams.
- Comfortable working both remotely and in the office.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Leadership experience with at least of 2 years leading a team.
- Demonstrated track record of at least of 2 years in a hyper-growth environment.
- International exposure or experience working with cross-cultural teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
