Position: Sales Assistant Manager / Manager- ROMH
Purpose: Distribution Sales Requirement for the key territory of ROMH
Education: MBA
Experience: 4-8 years
Location: Pune
Reporting Relationship: Regional Head - Distribution Sales
Business/Channel/Function: Distribution Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Area - ROMH
Revenue Assurance & Generation/Collection/Packaging-Ensuring Penetration of SPN Channels in the territory/ Devising Sales Strategy/Distributor Management.
The candidate should be preferably from the Telecom or FMCG background.
The candidate should possess a keen understanding of real-world dynamics and practical problem-solving skills.
Critical Competencies:
Behavioural - Stakeholder management/Negotiation skills/Impactful Communication Skills/Business acumen/People Management.
The candidate should demonstrate a high level of street-smart acumen, showcasing the ability to navigate complex situations with astuteness and resourcefulness.
Technical - Proficiency in Excel for insight in Sales related Data Anaytics / Powerpoint presentation.
