Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager role is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring that their recruitment needs are fulfilled. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining a pipeline of clients, and facilitating recruitment of top talent.

• Experience in client relationship management or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
• Knowledge of the Indian job market and recruitment trends is a plus
