Job description
BVUR Innovations (India) is looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager to join its Marketing Department.
CTC: Upto 13 LPA Non-negotiable requirement: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Performance Marketing. Key Responsibilities Perform campaign execution on (including but not limited to) Meta Ads, Google Ads SEO and CPC/CPM. Generate and monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards. Focus on strong ROI and ROAS. Devising performance marketing strategies based on marketing and business objectives/goals Provide Analytical assessments and corrective actions accordingly. Drive B2C Sales through detailed and pertinent CTA campaigns. Work closely with the marketing team to understand requirements and provide value addition. Manage multiple campaigns at the same time. Extend strategies to additional channels (Pinterest, Youtube, etc) Understand and stay current on industry trends and internal product development efforts Work cross-functionally to enable data driven decisions across functions such as product marketing and sales Qualifications We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We don’t believe in having a strict checklist of criteria. However, as guidance, the below are few experiences or qualifications which would help: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a strong preference to conversion ads . • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field • Fluency in Google Analytics & Meta Ads • Demonstration of initiative and self-driven attitude • Fluent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)Job tags
