ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist in Bengaluru. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client onboarding process, from understanding the client's requirements to ensuring successful onboarding. The Onboarding Specialist will also be responsible for conducting customer onboarding and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and effectively communicate with clients
  • Client onboarding and customer onboarding experience
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement in the onboarding process
  • Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role:
  • Prior experience in employee benefits, HR, or related areas
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients at once
  • Knowledge of benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, and wellness plans can be an add-on
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
