Job description
Implementation of Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Session Cam, HotJar ContentSquare etc. on the client websites using tag management technologies like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Launch/DTM
- Strategise and Implement mobile app analytics using Firebase Analytics for Google Analytics
- Analyse web analytics data and provide insights to improve customer engagement and conversion rate
- Create custom dashboards in various data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc. to correctly represent data from multiple sources and provide insights for business decision-making.
- Build, execute and analyze A/B testing Campaigns to measure effectiveness. Support the customers to improve user experience with Personalization & Testing.
- Conducting health-checks of client’s implementation and usage of Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions identify improvement areas for Website and Mobile Applications.
- Provide executives with decision-support tools used as the basis for future strategies
- Present recommendations to business partners, and influence future plans based on insights
- Analyze customer data using Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics reports to identify gaps in implementation by using debugging tools and opportunities for additional ROI.
- Study customer requirements, gather functional and non-functional requirements and propose relevant solutions
- Coordinate with the development and QA teams for data layer implementation
- Use Web Analytics and optimize customer experience to improve ROI for client websites
- Identify KPIs relevant to campaign objectives and provide relevant insights to help achieve goals
- Build custom dashboards to present digital performance to the business stakeholders
