Role Description

1. Responsible for product drawing receiving, issue and control
2. Responsible for product process architecture
3. Responsible for DFM and engineering data collection, review meeting arrangement
4. Responsible for NPI issue collection, tracking and driving of improvement
5. Responsible for DOE design, lead team to finish DOE and work out the result
6. Conduct and implement all the directions and requirements from supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the product quotation during RFQ stage
2. Receive and review product drawing and feedback any concern, convert to internal drawing by process and do the process tolerance distribution. And issue and control drawing internally.
3. Do the process architecture and arrange meeting to review and refine for final process.
4. Do engineering BOM.
5. Process DFM collection, compiling and review arrangement, communicate with customer MDE/SBE/MPE and PD to discuss and lock down it.
6. Participate in tooling/fixture and automation design review.
7. Confirm the fixture/automation list, track the progress of fixture and automation, and tidy up the qualification report for automation.
8. Issue collection for various processes and work with team to figure out the FACA so that can drive team to solve the issue efficiently.
9. DOE design, DOE monitor and track, also do the analysis and verification base on result.
10. Review MTD and IP and provide suggestion to CQE.
11. FAI/CPK NG dimension analysis and improvement plan discussion, and work with team to finalize waiver report.
12. New process/new material development initiation, leading, coordination and verification engagement.
13. Compiling lesson learn and attend the experience seminar.

Skills:

1. Be familiar with using 2D/3D software, such as AutoCAD, UG.
2. Be familiar with injection tooling, molding and the second process, such as plastic CNC, Spray Painting, Assembly, etc.
3. College above and the major is one of mold design/mechanical engineering/mechanical and electrical integration.
4. Be able to use English for daily work.
5. Five year working experiences on plastic product process development. 3C, automobile and medical industries are preferred.Â
6. Good leadership and coordinate capability.

8. Better study capability to quickly handle the knowledge which is new area for him or her.
