Job description

Job Location: Gurgaon Experience: 2-5 Years Qualifications: Graduation

Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and software applications. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies. Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and replacements as necessary. Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner, adhering to established SLAs. Document all support activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolution details. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Assist in the development and implementation of desktop support policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide training and guidance to end-users on desktop-related topics and technologies.
