Department Information

The EQ Retirement Solutions Client Project Delivery team is responsible for delivering programmes and projects within the EQRS Business change portfolios to meet the Group's strategic growth and development objectives and priorities. The portfolio includes technology migrations, product development, Regulatory changes, Client and Customer data migrations, business acquisitions and system integrations and upgrades.

Role Summary

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be an excellent manager of people, highly skilled in critical thinking, with significant experience in large & complex programme/project deliveries.

Preference will be given to candidates who have a firm grounding in UK Financial Services change sector. Experience of having worked in the UK on large transformation programmes is highly desirable.

Role involves close liaison with both client and internal business stakeholders, operational business teams, IT delivery teams and 3rd party suppliers.
