Job description

• We seek a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with a strong software development and project management background to join our dynamic team

• As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction of our projects while ensuring their successful execution through effective project management practices
• This is a leadership role that requires a balance of technical expertise, team coordination, and project oversight

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team, ensuring the adoption of best practices and high-quality code.
• Lead architectural discussions and decisions, driving the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.

Project Management:

• Manage project timelines, resources, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, outlining tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identifying risks and proactively addressing issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

Team Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical assistance and helping them overcome challenges.
• Encourage innovation and creativity within the team to drive continuous improvement.

Technical Documentation:

• Ensure comprehensive technical documentation is created and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document architecture, design decisions, and technical processes for future reference.

Quality Assurance:

• To maintain code quality, implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing practices.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes throughout development.

Risk Management:

• Identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
• Address technical and project-related issues promptly and effectively.

Client Interaction :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage client expectations and communicate progress and outcomes effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or similar role.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the project, with hands-on coding experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
