Project Role : Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert Project Role Description : Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. Must have skills : SAP HCM Payroll Good to have skills : SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Key Reponsibilities : Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Central Design, set-up, and test prototype and production HR solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments Technical Experience : 1Must have valid certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module 2Strong implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 3Must have worked on EC Timesheet Time Off, Instance Sync, Position Management Global Assignments and Reporting 4Experience of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations Professional Attributes : Should have good communication skill and should be able to interact with client Ability to work across different shift as per the business requirement
